Welcome
I created "Oh boo, type 2" shortly after my own diagnosis with type 2 diabetes. It started as a way to collect and organise resources and information for myself. I decided to publish it in case it's useful to anyone else. My hope is that some people may find elements of my experience useful. I am not a medical professional, and everyone's experience will be different, so everything here should be treated as a suggestion to try out, and see if it works for yourself. As I'm in the UK, the site is UK-focused.
