Notes

Last night I developed a headache. Slept very badly due to shakiness and headache. Woke with headache still there. Decided to take some painkillers and get more sleep, which helped a bit. Due to getting up late, I had the meal replacement shakes closer together than I normally would. Overall today I've not felt too bad, but definitely hungry, and a background of low energy/not feeling up to much (probably body still adjusting to normal sugars).
