Notes

Definitely low-energy, but to be fair to the diet, I've been low-energy for months. And, although I'm not super-energetic, my brain fog has lifted. My head feels much clearer than it did when sugars were out of control. Hunger levels were manageable for most of the day, though I felt hungry in the evening.
