Notes

Hunger has been much better today, and I think energy also. It's a little hard to tell, as I'm currently experiencing bad insomnia (nothing to do with the diet as far as I can tell - it's similar to other recent bouts). So I'm very tired and sometimes struggling to focus, but that is likely to be lack of sleep.
