Notes

Starting last night, I've been feeling too warm. Makes a change from feeling chilled anyway. Good to see some weight loss again. And my fasting started with a 5!!! Being out visiting friends probably helped my lunchtime numbers. Was desperate for some flavour tonight, so reduced the vedge and had a small amount of pickled onion and pickled beetroot. Hopefully that's ok!
