Notes

Weighing myself daily really was a mistake - I just wanted a complete record. I'm going to stick with it but try not to care about it, and focus on the sugars. Look at those smooooooth evening -> morning sugars! Ok, it wouldn't hurt for them to be a bit lower, but they're smooooooth.

Today has been the first time I've had proper stomach-rumbling hunger since the first day. If anything the diet seems to be getting harder - low energy, more cravings, hunger creeping back in. Still, just another seven weeks to go.
