What I ate
Shakes: Strawberry, White Chocolate & Raspberry, Chocolate Mint

So, I've lost the promised half stone in my first week.
The physical side of the diet is ok, though I am a bit low on energy I think. But the emotional side is getting tough. Trying to motivate myself/reassure myself it's only a few weeks.
